Buy a Weaving From Mixteca Weavers

Our beautiful weavings come in a dazzling variety of colors and patterns and come in cotton and wool. Each shawl is hand-made and sold with a picture of the weaver and her story.

Cotton rebozos are $225 and wool ones are $180. Both are dyed using natural dyes such as cochineal.

                

Weaving feeds families! The sale of just one shawl will feed a family of five for a month.

Because each of the weavings is a unique and special piece, there is some slight variation in color and size. Cotton are approximately 26" x 70" - generous as shawls or non itchy throws. Wool comes in two sizes, approximately 55" x 52" and 26" x 80". They make wonderful throws for cool winter nights and are perfect for wrapping up outside or in front of the fire.
